What your Role is:

The Strategist is responsible for supporting specific project execution and new business efforts, with guidance from a senior strategy director or senior director.

What your Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

Project Work

  • Managing specific project deliverables for client initiatives, which may include development of core strategic insights and hypothetical solutions
  • Development of client-ready presentations in conjunction with project team members
  • Conduct brand, category, and trend assessments related to project objectives
  • Interpreting brand visuals and understanding equities and visual language to translate to innovative creative briefs
  • Develop consumer research plans and manage execution of research, including attending groups and compiling and assessing research
  • Effectively present strategic findings and recommendations to clients

Content Development

  • Develop new biz / pitch related content and attend new biz presentations

Creative & Strategic Thinking

  • Independently develop core strategic insights, hypothesis, solutions and POVs for client business and brand challenges

Administrative & Managerial

  • Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Deliver client ready work on time, on budget
  • Accurate, up-to-date management of timesheets
 
Position Requirements

A few Qualifications that will help:

  • B.A. Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design or Psychology. MBA a plus
  • 4-6 years experience in marketing, branding or strategic planning roles
  • Demonstrated leadership and growth capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Photoshop, Illustrator and digital video knowledge a plus
